The 2026 Victory Committee (“JFC”) is a joint fundraising committee composed of American Liberty Foundation PAC and Grassroots America PAC, each, a “Committee,” and, collectively, the “Committees”). Any contribution to the JFC permissible under the Federal Election Campaign Act, as amended (“FECA”), from contributors who have not exceeded their applicable federal contribution limits, shall be allocated among the Committees pursuant to FECA and the formula set forth in this Notice.
Contributions Made by an Individual or Federal Non-Multicandidate and Multicandidate Political Committee:
Individuals or federal non-multicandidate or multicandidate PACs may contribute up to $10,000 in total to this joint fundraising effort. Such contributions will be allocated as follows:
- Fifty percent (50%) of each contribution, up to $5,000, will be allocated to American Liberty Foundation PAC, contribution account, for the 2025 annual limit.
- Fifty percent (50%) of each contribution, up to $5,000, will be allocated to Grassroots America PAC, contribution account, for the 2025 annual limit.
Contributions to The 2026 Victory Committee, or to any participating Committee individually, are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations, labor organizations, national banks, federal government contractors, foreign nationals without lawful permanent residency (green cards), and other federally impermissible sources are prohibited. The contributor’s signature will designate their contribution for allocation as described above.Contributions that exceed a donor’s applicable contribution limit to one or more participating Committees shall be reallocated to the other participating Committee(s) in accordance with this allocation formula, to the extent permitted by federal law. Donors may designate their contribution for a specific participating Committee, in accordance with the Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA).
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year or election cycle, as Applicable.
